You Can Actually Go to the Shore & Eat Your Cake Too Following the Slow Carb Diet!

The slow carb diet hasn’t just taught me to slim down, but the weight is actually staying off! Moreover, it is becoming a lot more stress-free throughout daily life to consistently shed more of it.

Luckily, on my most recent trip, I decided to utilize a few powerful pointers from the slow carb diet and the “The 4-Hour Body” book by Tim Ferriss. And to my surprise, I actually returned from the vacation eight pounds lighter than when I had left! So exactly how did I accomplish that, you are likely wondering?

To start with, not one of the steps I’d taken before the trip were very big. For that reason, it didn’t require a significant of energy, nor did it require our family to ride in the vehicle while I pulled it! As an alternative, I did the following:

  • Brought along my two cheat busters
  • Performed the basic exercises
  • Night Before – Boiled a lot of eggs and cooked chicken to eat for lunches
  • Brought snacks as well as other breakfast/lunch foods I needed
  • Packed up a stretch arm band plus a forty-five pound kettle bell
  • Consumed my usual slow carb diet recipes everyday

Here’s exactly how my trip went. When I woke up, I’d eat my prepared breakfasts and lunches rather than ordering room service. Then every evening we ate out for supper, which usually was a location that still offered a few slow carb approved dinners. Don’t get me wrong, I definitely cheated slightly every now and then and always finished off with a tasty dessert!

Secondly, the aspect that everybody despises…exercise! Truthfully, it was not very difficult to find motivation, because the exercises I did were fairly simple and not very time consuming. On Monday and Wednesday, I completed one hundred kettle bell swings utilizing my 45lb kettle bell. Next on Sunday and Tuesday, I completed pushups as well as arm band extensions.

This diet plan has been anything but a hassle to my life, allowing me to still do and eat the foods I genuinely love.
